I know how overwhelming living with adult ADHD can be. I know how frustrating it is to feel like everyone got an "adulting" rule book but you. I know just how exhausting it is to live with burnout and self-judgement with no answers in sight. AND, I also know that it doesn't have to be that way.

What IS Coaching?

  • Welp - according to the International Coaching Federation, coaching is defined as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."

It's a collaborative partnership between equals, where we work together to ignite positive change. With ADHD, I understand that you struggle with executive functioning skills, such as time management, organization, prioritization, and goal setting. Rest assured, I come equipped with a plethora of ADHD-friendly tools and resources. Consider my back pocket full of strategies, techniques, and approaches tailored to support you on your journey. Coaching also provides a safe space for self-reflection and exploration of emotions related to ADHD. I recognize that ADHD can affect self-esteem, motivation, and overall well-being. In coaching sessions, I provide honest feedback without sugar coating. My training enables me to listen not only to what you say but also to what you are NOT saying. By engaging in ADHD coaching, you can gain clarity, develop valuable skills, and create a life that aligns with your strengths and values. Together, we'll navigate the unique challenges of ADHD and unlock your true potential.

What ISN'T Coaching?

It's important to note that ADHD coaching is NOT therapy or a replacement for medical treatment. Instead, it complements other forms of support, such as medication or counseling, by providing practical strategies, accountability, and empowering you to take charge of your life.
